Once your loan is approved, you will deal with one highly trained “Closing Manager” that has the authority to sign off conditions, draw documents and fund your loan.

We take quality seriously on both sides of the fence. We reward our branches for submitting clean loan packages by granting them “Underwriting Fast Passes” which guarantees a 24 turn in Underwriting.

We operate regular Branch Satisfaction Surveys that we act up on. Gathering feedback from our Branch Managers, Loan Officers and Sales Managers provides us the information we need to improve all phases of our operation.
