- Earn COMPENSATION by Hiring and Training Loan Officers
- Previously HUD approved as full or mini Eagle or-
- Closed Reverse Mortgages in the past (six in last six months)- Separate P&L
- Must be properly licensed in the NMLS- Full use of Marketing Department
- Unaudited Net Worth of $50,000
- References required from existing reverse wholesalers
- Free QC on every file to ensure compliance with HUD guidelines
- Free Marketing Support will be provided to brokers and bankers
- Professional Processing provided upon request

Reverse Advisor” Program

- May receive max 200 basis points per HTL Rate Sheet
- HTL will counsel clients, disclose, process, underwrite and fund
- Must be properly licensed in the NMLS
- No previous HUD Approvals Required
- No Reverse Mortgages Experience Required
- No Net worth Requirements
- No Processing Experience Required (HTL must process all Tier 2 loans)
- Certification Program to train Broker/Banker to Graduate to Tier 1
- Free Marketing support will be provided to brokers and bankers
